Shipping Policy

Delivery is arranged for orders and destinations that qualify at checkout. Allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order preparation, then an estimated 3–5 business days for delivery/transit after dispatch. Those periods are guidance rather than guaranteed deadlines.

Please review the checkout for shipping fees, any free-shipping offer and the methods available to your address. Limitations can depend on geography, address type or the goods ordered. Check every address field and provide a working email and phone number; we need accurate details to process and support delivery.

Where tracking is offered, shipment notices and carrier scans provide updates. Initial scans can take time. Unusual weather, holidays, network disruption or a carrier review can cause delays. Contact us about suspected loss or extended lack of movement, quoting the order number, checkout email and tracking code.

For a missing parcel that shows as delivered, first inspect the stated delivery area and then send us the details. Keep damaged goods and packaging for assessment and supply photographs or video, including the label. A concise description of the issue helps us review the order and request carrier assistance when needed.
