Payment Policy

Payment must receive successful authorization before we process the order. The actual payment choices are those enabled and visible for your order at checkout, and eligibility may differ between transactions.

The payment processor may perform a review, refuse authorization or ask for identity or billing verification. Ensure the billing information you provide is correct. High-risk activity, an unfinished transaction or details that cannot be confirmed can result in a delay or cancellation.

Full card numbers are not kept on these information pages and should not be included in messages to us. For a rejected payment, chargeback, dispute, pending authorization or currency exchange question, the issuing institution or payment service generally controls the resolution.

Approved refunds are normally paid back using the original payment route. Their requirements and timing are described in the Refund Policy.
