What is available in the store?

The catalog covers skincare, body and hair care, makeup, selected care sets and related accessories. Product pages describe the available choices.

Is shipping always free?

No universal free-shipping promise is made. The checkout confirms any free option or shipping fee for your particular order.

When will the parcel arrive?

Normal preparation is approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery/transit window is 3–5 business days; actual arrival is not guaranteed.

May I return something without a defect or ask for an exchange?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective goods for return or exchange. Within 30 days after delivery, request return by mail or an exchange for a mistaken choice, preference or change of mind. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, in the original state and accompanied by original packaging, labels and accessories.

Do I need to buy a return label?

A prepaid label is included in the package free of charge, and no restocking fee is imposed. Get authorization before sending the parcel. Exchanges remain dependent on stock.

What evidence is needed when an item has a problem?

For damage, a defect, wrong goods or missing contents, send photos or video of the item and packing with the order number, checkout email and explanation. Tell us about any significant difference from the description as well.

When can I expect refund processing?

Processing takes place within 10 days of approval and returns the money to the original payment method. The provider may take longer to show the credit.

What payment options can be used?

Use only the options enabled and displayed at the order checkout. They are subject to the payment service authorizing the transaction.
